The hydraulic press of a liquid filter press is made up of a hydraulic station, a hydraulic chamber on the equipment, and various auxiliary accessories. The hydraulic station is equivalent to the hydraulic oil in a pumping station, which drives the oil into the oil pipe and stores the returning hydraulic oil.

The hydraulic pipe of the hydraulic station is in communication with the hydraulic chamber on the equipment, and the hydraulic chamber is generally divided into a forward cavity and a backward cavity. When the hydraulic station continuously draws the hydraulic oil in the station into the forward cavity, the piston in the hydraulic type is pushed forward, and the oil in the backward chamber is returned to the hydraulic station. The piston is connected to the screw, and the screw is connected to the filter press, so that the pressure conversion of the hydraulic oil establishes the pressure of the filter on the filter. This is the hydraulic compression process.

When the pressure of the filter chamber of the plate and frame filter press reaches the design upper limit, the control pressure gauge automatically turns off the power supply of the hydraulic station automatically. When the pressure of the filter chamber is slowly less than the range in which the filter press can work normally, the pressure gauge The hydraulic station will be started again to continue to supply high pressure oil to the filter press hydraulic chamber, thereby increasing the pressure again. This is the automatic pressure holding process of the hydraulic filter press.

When the filter press needs to be retracted, the oil is injected into the opposite receding cavity to push the piston to move in the opposite direction, thereby driving the plate frame of the filter press to retreat, which is the return process of the filter press.
